Arms does not sell or distribute any of your personal information.
Your credit card information is NEVER stored in our system.
The information R&R Arms has collected from you will only
be used to help us determine whether or not you can purchase
certain restricted products. The only time we will ever use
your contact information is to notify you in regards to requested
product availability, current order information, or any other
matters we believe are important.
Typographical Errors
R&R Arms prides itself in having accurate product
information. However, we do reserve the right not to honor
typographical or image errors that may occur in the information
we receive from our suppliers. R&R Arms reserves the right
to cancel any order for product that is listed at the incorrect
price. Any order that is canceled due this type of error will
certainly be credited to your account.

sites, such as our vendors. R&R Arms is not responsible
or liable for the privacy practices or content found on these
sites, so be sure to check out the Privacy Notice of each
site you visit.

We are more than happy to assist you in your purchases.
However, when it comes to age restricted products, R&R
Arms requires certain information from you in order to verify
your age and eligibility to purchase restricted items which
include: firearms, handguns, primers, powder, ammo, etc. If
you are interested in purchasing age restrict products, please
follow the steps listed below. A background check is needed
for the purchase of certain restricted products, such as firearms.
In such a case where a background check is necessary, the
product will be sent to an Federal Firearms License (FFL)
Dealer who will run that background check before you receive
your product. The FFL Dealer does have the right to charge
for this service.
How to Purchase Ammunition, Powders, and Primers
There are a few steps you will need to complete before purchasing
ammunition, powders or primers.
1. Sign up online. On www.rrarms.com home page, there is a
"Sign Up" button at the very top center of the page.
Click on that, and you will be asked to create a user name
and password. You will also be asked to provide your billing
address, email address, and phone number.
2. Fax or email us a copy of your drivers license. (Email
Address: service@rrarms.com / Fax Number: 218-333-9213). This
will prove you are of age to purchase the age restricted product.
You will receive an email once we have updated your account.
How To Purchase A Firearm
There are a few steps you will need to complete before purchasing
firearms.

At this time you can purchase the firearm. However, we cannot
ship it until we receive your dealer's information.)
3. Contact your dealer. Firearms must be sent to a licensed
firearms dealer. Have your dealer send us a copy of their
FFL (Federal Firearms license) WITH YOUR NAME ATTACHED SOMEWHERE
ON THE CORRESPONDENCE.
Orders
We accept several forms of payment, the fastest being
credit card. If you decide to mail in your payment (cashiers
check, personal check, money order), we cannot pull the items
from inventory until the payment is received. Be sure to verify
the total amount of your order either by placing a mail order,
or calling a representative at 218-759-1866. Due to prices
increases, product pricing is subject to change without notice.
Prices are not guaranteed until payment is received.
It is our goal to ship your order as soon as possible. However,
do allow 2-5 business days to process most orders, excluding
weekends and holidays. On some occasions depending on your
time zone, orders submitted after 10 A.M. (Central Standard
Time) may not be processed until the next day. Orders placed
on Fridays may not be processed until the next business day
(Monday). Please keep in mind that the shipping method
you choose does not change the speed of processing.
All UPS / USPS shipped orders enter the processing stage
immediately. Once an enters this stage, we are unable to add
to, alter or cancel the order. Please place a new order if
you wish to order more items.
R&R Arms reserve the right to cancel any order or part
of an order in which a malfunction occurs and/ or deem improper.
We will notify you of such cancellations or inquire into a
solution. Your account will be credited back for any order
or part of an order that is canceled.
Be sure to check your local laws prior to ordering. R&R
Arms is not responsible for knowing local laws pertaining
to firearms, ammunition, and other weapons in your area. Any
order which cannot be fulfilled due to local law restrictions
will be subject to a restocking fee.
Shipping
Shipping time is the number of full business days
(Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date
it is shipped from the warehouse. For UPS, ground shipping
times vary from two to ten business days depending on the
proximity of your shipping address to our warehouses. Deliveries
are not made on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order, delivery
location, and shipping method. The shipping method you choose
will take affect after the order is processed.
Our website inventory is updated every 15 minutes. R&R
Arms ships items as they are available. Keep in mind we have
several warehouses. Therefore you may receive more than one
delivery if you purchase several items. Items that will ship
separately include items that have different shipping/delivery
methods and items are not available in our warehouses on the
same day.
All powders and primers will incur an additional $20.00 hazardous
material charge. If you order both powders and primers, the
hazardous material charge will be $40.00. You may not receive
tracking information on orders with hazardous materials.
Ammunition is shipped UPS Ground due to certain laws and
regulations. Ammunition shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto
Rico will incur an additional $20.00 hazardous material charge.
At this time we cannot ship powders and primers to AK or HI.
All firearms need to be shipped to an FFL dealer. If you
purchase a firearm, you must locate a deal in your area who
will accept the shipment of the firearm and complete a transfer.
All other products will be shipped to your residence.
Hand guns must ship UPS Next Day due to certain freight regulations.
Rifles and shotguns can be shipped to your FFL dealer UPS
Ground.
Customer will be responsible for freight charges on all refused
shipments.

UPS Ground 2-10 Business days
UPS Second Day 2 Business days
UPS Next Day 1 Business day
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are not available.
Return Policy
Because of certain liabilities, sales are final on
the following items, but are not limited to firearms, ammunition,
night vision products, air guns, black powder firearms, powders,
primers, food barrels, clothing, non electronic game calls,
batteries, flashlight bulbs, DVD’s, sight installation
tools and special order items.
R&R Arms does NOT accept firearm returns after the firearm
has left the dealers location that you pick it up from. Upon
inspection of firearm at dealer location, and before the transfer
of the firearm is complete, you may contact us to report damage,
missing or incorrect items. Firearms which have left the dealers
location are the responsibility of you and the manufacturer.
If you order a gun which is not allowed in your state you
will be subject to return shipping and a restocking fee. You
will be responsible for return shipping and a restocking fee
if you do not pass the background check on your firearm purchase.
R&R Arms is not a Warranty Station. All warranty matters
must be resolved through the manufacturer which holds the
warranty. R&R Arms will be more than happy to help in
the processing of a warranty claim if needed. R&R Arms
assumes no liability for the safe, function of the surplus
firearms.
If you would like to return a product, please contact us
by either phone or email. Returned merchandise will not be
accepted without a return authorization number. A representative
will issue a return authorization number. Clearly mark this
number on the outside of the shipping container. Merchandise
must be packaged in it is original container or packaging
in such a way that it is sellable. We cannot accept a return
for a product 90 days after the purchase date.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling
charges or other service charges unless an error occurred
on our part in shipping your order.
All returns are subject to a restocking fee. Restocking fee
will be based on the condition of product and packaging. The
restocking fee will be waived if the reason for return is
due to our error.
Please allow up to 30 days for your credit to be processed
once we have received the returned merchandise.
Cancellation Policy
All UPS / USPS shipped orders begin processing immediately.

Damaged or missing merchandise instructions
Sadly, sometimes a product is delivered damaged or
defective. We will do everything we can to resolve this situation.
If a product is missing from the package, the item may be
back ordered and will be shipped as soon as it is available.
All damages and shortages must be reported to the customer
service department within 3 business days of delivery date
(218-759-1866). Please give us a call. If a product is missing,
check shipping carton for damage. Please save shipping cartons
and documents for possible inspection by carrier. Some defective
products must be returned through the manufacturer, so please
call us for instructions. If a defective product can be returned
through R&R arms, you will be credited for the cost of
the product. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping
or return shipping charges.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Please
allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed.
Policy Changes
From time to time, it may become necessary for us
to change our terms and conditions in whole or in part. If
we do so, the new policy will be posted on our Website without
notice. The new policy will apply to all current and past
users of our Website and will replace any prior policies that
may be inconsistent. This policy was posted on March 12, 2009.
