Question: Why do some items have no picture?
Answer: Most images are from the manufacture. If the manufacture does not have a photo available for us to use, we may not have a picture for the item.
Question: How often is inventory updated?
Answer: Most of our inventory is updated every 15 minutes.
Question: When will a certain product be available?
Answer: We do not know when an individual product will become available. Manufactures send product out at various times. In most situations, we do not know when the manufacturer will send product to us. However, we can notify you when a product is in-stock again. If you go to the item on our website, you will you can enter your email address into the tab that says, “Email Me When Available.” You will then receive an email when that product has been added to our inventory.
Question: How old must I be to purchase ammunition?
Answer: You must be at least 18 to purchase rifle and shotgun ammunition. You must be at least 21 to purchase handgun ammunition.
Question: What are restricted items?
Answer: Answer: Rifles, Shotguns & Handguns: Warning: Rifles, Shotguns and Handguns are all registerable firearms. You will be required to fill out all required state and federal paper work at a dealer in your area. Please check your local, state and federal laws for restrictions. Below are some restrictions which do apply.

*Powder/Primers/Percussion Caps: Warning: Residents of Washington, DC and NY, please check your local laws for restrictions before ordering gunpowder products, primers, or percussion caps.

*NOTE: Shipping regulations require that primers and powder, even if combined on the same order, be shipped in separate packages, each with an additional $20 hazardous material shipping fee in addition to regular shipping charges. Due to state law we are unable to ship primers and powder to some cities in the state of New York.
Question: What firearms can I have?
Answer: Please check your local laws for any restrictions in your area before ordering a firearm. Also, check with your local dealer. We are not responsible for knowing the local laws in your area. If you order a product that is restricted in your area, the firearm will need to be returned at your expense and will be subject to a restocking fee.
Question: What is a VIP member?
Answer: If you wish to order age restricted products, we do need to verify your age. Once you have completed the required information, you will become a VIP member, allowing you to purchase age restricted products without sending us age verification more than once.
Question: How do I order ammo, powders, or primers?
Answer: There are a few steps you will need to complete before purchasing ammunition, powders or primers.

Answer: There are a few steps you will need to complete before purchasing firearms.

2. Fax or email us a copy of your driver's license. (Email Address: service@rrarms.com / Fax Number: 218-333-9213). This will prove you are of age to purchase the age restricted product. (You will receive an email once we have updated your account. At this time you can purchase the firearm. However, we cannot ship it until we receive your dealer's information.)
3. Contact your dealer. Firearms must be sent to a licensed firearms dealer. Have your dealer send us a copy of their FFL (Federal Firearms license) WITH YOUR NAME ATTACHED SOMEWHERE ON THE CORRESPONDENCE.
Question: Can you hold a product for a customer?
Answer: No. We do not hold products for individual customers. The only way we can “hold” a product for you is if you pay for it in full.
Question: Do I have to create an account to purchase?
Answer: Yes. You must have an account in order to purchase.
Question: How do I create an account online?

If the product is a firearm, we must have a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer to send the firearm to. The dealer will need to fax or email us a copy of their FFL license with your name attached to the correspondence.
Question: How do I become a listed dealer?
Answer: There are a few steps you will need to complete before you become a listed dealer.
1. Sign up online. On www.rrarms.com home page, there is a "Sign Up" button at the very top center of the page. Click on that, and you will be asked to create a user name and password. You will also be asked to provide your billing address, email address, and phone number.
2. Fax or email us a copy of your FFL. (Email Address: service@rrarms.com / Fax Number: 218-333-9213). In addition, please state that you are a dealer, and provide us with your user name of the account you set up.
You will receive an email once we have updated your account. Please log-in to purchase items.
Question: How do I get a quote on Special Order Firearms?
Answer: To receive an estimate on a special order DPMS rifle, please send an email with the desired rifle and upgrades or accessories to estimates@rrarms.com. You will receive a reply via email with an official estimate. It will ask you to reply with an answer to accept or decline the special order firearm.
Question: What are the payment options?
Answer: We accept all major credit cards, cashier checks, personal checks, and money orders. There is no fee for using a credit card. Please keep in mind that we cannot pull from inventory until we receive payment. That means using a credit card is the fastest way to secure the product.
Question: If I mail in the payment of my order, how quickly will the order be processed?
Answer: We will start processing your order as soon as we receive payment. Be sure to verify the total amount of your order either by placing a mail order or by calling a representative at 218-759-1866. In both situations, you will receive an order number which you must include with your payment. Do understand that items are not pulled from inventory until we receive payment. Also, due to price increases, we cannot guarantee the price of an item until the item is paid for.
Question: My card was declined, yet the charge shows up on my credit card. How can I get that charge off?
Answer: The hold on your card will remain until the card issuing bank removes the authorizations. As a result, the held funds may be subtracted from your available balance. Please contact the credit card company or your bank to remove the authorization.
Question: Do I pay sales tax?
Answer: At this time only Minnesota residents are required to pay sales tax.
Question: How long will it take to get my order?
Answer: It can take us 2-5 full business days to process your order once we receive your payment. Once your order has been processed it will ship. You will receive tracking information by email. Shipping can take 2-10 business days depending on your delivery location and the shipping method you choose. Please keep in mind that the shipping method you choose does not change the speed of processing.
Question: How much does shipping cost?
Answer: Shipping would depend on the weight of your order, the delivery location, and the shipping method you choose.
Question: Can I add to, change, or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Answer: No. All UPS / USPS shipped orders enter the processing stage immediately. Once an order is in the processing stage, we are unable to add to, alter or cancel the order. Please place a new order if you wish to order more items.
Question: Do you offer back orders?
Answer: No. If a product is not available you may request to be notified via email when a product becomes available. To do so, please add your email on the product page.
Question: Will you ship to a PO Box?
Answer: No. We must have a physical address to ship your order.
Question: How do you ship orders?
Answer: We ship products with United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service. The shipping method you choose will take effect after the order is processed. All firearms need to be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensed Dealer (FFL).
Question: How can I check on the status of my order?
Answer: At this time we cannot provide tracking information through your online account. A tracking number will be emailed to you using the email address you provide. If you need further assistance, please call or email and we'll be happy to check on the status of your order.

Answer: We will do everything we can to resolve this situation. All damages must be reported to the customer service department within 3 business days of delivery date (218-759-1866). Please review our Terms and Conditions regarding damaged, deffective, or missing merchandise.
